Foreboding electronica is everywhere as presenter Sian Eleri continues to tour rural Wales on the trail of the truth behind a 1970s alien encounter. The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live

After being separated for years, traumatised parents Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Rick (Andrew Lincoln) finally get some proper alone time to have a lacerating heart-to-heart – they just had to bail out of a crashing helicopter to do it. The result is a cathartic two-hander, written by Gurira, that justifies this entire spin-off. Graeme Virtue

The cringe-inducing (yet strangely addictive) reality series in which long-distance couples finally meet continues with thirtysomething Matt visiting his virtual girlfriend of three years, Maria. Meanwhile, will Jgoy be able to visit Sarah in the United Kingdom? HR
