Louis Har and Fernando Simon Marman were rescued from an Israeli raid on Rafah and reunited with their family members at Sheba medical centre. The raid, which was aimed at securing the release of over 100 captives held by Hamas and other militant groups, was met with celebration in Israel. However, it also resulted in intense airstrikes on Rafah, a city in the southern part of the Gaza Strip where 1.4 million displaced Palestinians have sought shelter.
