England

George Furbank made several impressive plays during the game, such as creating a break for Lawrence’s try and scoring a smartly taken point for himself. However, he also made a couple of mistakes, earning an overall score of 8.

Immanuel Feyi-Waboso Impressive defensively and always looked to come off his wing. Couldn’t quite wriggle free but not for the want of trying. Key role in final passage of play. 7

Henry Slade Due a performance and was in the mood here. Lovely dummy to give Feyi-Waboso the ball in space and led defensive line well. 8

Ollie Lawrence executed his try confidently, but was ultimately denied another chance. His discipline could use improvement, but he does pose a threat with his carrying abilities. He received a score of 7.

Tommy Freeman proved to be a threat whenever he had open field for England, but displayed some inexperienced mistakes at times. He will surely take note and learn from those moments. His performance was ranked as a 7.

When England hit their stride, George Ford played a crucial role but struggled with goal kicking on a challenging day. He is now facing competition for his position. Rating: 7

Ellis Genge was a key player in the strong front row and made significant gains while carrying the ball under the direction of Steve Borthwick in the first half, earning a rating of 8.

Andrew Porter received a foolish penalty that spoiled a potentially advantageous position and was evenly matched with Cole in the scrum, but he persevered throughout the game. He received a rating of 6.

Unfortunately, Dan Sheehan struggled with some issues in securing the ball during lineouts and was unable to make a significant impact on the game from the wing, which is usually his strong suit. He received a rating of 5.

Josh van der Flier had a strong start, gaining significant ground through the center and consistently making yards while in contact. He also proved to be skilled at earning key penalties at the breakdown, securing a solid score of 8.

Caelan Doris displayed exceptional defensive skills as England continuously attacked in the first half. He also contributed to Lowe’s try, but was not at his usual dominant level. Overall, he received a rating of 7 for his performance.
